1. What happens if you follow all your advice and get the account banned anyway?

Our guarantee includes that we will send you the promised Accounts and Business Managers. We also guarantee that you are able to log into at least one Facebook account and that you will be able to log into your BM and Ad account.

If you are not able to do one of these steps due to our accounts, you will receive a new one.

We do not offer refunds.

2. Do I have to warm up the accounts? If yes, how?

All of our accounts have already been warmed up, but you should still warm up your Ad account with a reach campaign.

3. When I add the payment method to the BM, what do I have to keep in mind?

Please use the details of your account everywhere, including your account name, country, DOB, etc.

4. Will you remain in control as the first Admin of the BM?

No, we automatically log out after about one week. Feel free to remove us as an admin at any time.

5. What VPN service would your company recommend? Is there a higher risk in using a VPN vs proxies?

Do not use a VPN. We recommend premium dedicated proxies for social media usage. You can get our recommended proxies here.

6. Are those accounts verified business managers?

No, currently we do not offer verified BMs.

7. Why do I need a new Facebook Account?

If your own Facebook Account is blocked for advertising on Facebook, you can not create any new ads whatsoever. That is the reason why you will need a new FB account.

8. Can I start running ads right away?

Yes. After you’ve received your ad setup, you can start advertising right away. Keep in mind that all packages will require a warmup process.

9. How do I receive the login details?

After we have fulfilled your order, you will receive the login details via Email including:

email address, Facebook password, email password, cookies, , ID and more

The Business Manager will be already connected to your Facebook profile. If not, you will receive a BM invite link 24-48 hours after your purchase.

10. How long does it take to receive the login details?

Our team sends out the login details manually, so it normally takes 1-2 business days to receive your FB ads setup.

11. Why can’t I simply create a new FB account myself?

You can try, but 9/10 times Facebook will detect that there is something suspicious going on and will either restrict it from advertising immediately or even block it completely.

Our Facebook Accounts and Business Managers are professionally created solely for advertising purposes and are very unlikely to get restricted.

12. What do I need to use your Ad setups?

You will need an antidetect browser to use for your setups. We recommend free solutions after your purchase.

You should also use a different Credit Card, Bank Account or PayPal Account for your business manager in order to not get restricted again.

13. How will I be billed?

You can pay via credit card on the checkout page. Credit card information is verified and secured by Stripe.

14. How is my payment information secured?

Stripe and Socialempire forces HTTPS to ensure your payment data is transmitted safely. HTTPS encrypts your information and verifies the integrity of traffic between your browser and the destination server.

We do not do store your payment information on our servers. All information is sent to Stripe, which is then encrypted on disk with AES-256. Brand Featured is given a unique identification key which is how we refer to your payment information when requesting charges with Stripe.
